All informaiton on www.czvr.ca is to be used for flight
simulation purposes ONLY. www.czvr.ca is for use with the online flight
simulation network Vatsim. The content on this site is dynamic and we're always looking for more things to add to the site. If you would like to make additions to the site, please contact one of the site administrators. If you see an error on a page, an infrigement of rights, etc, please contact us as well so that we can resolve the problem. The information on this website is considered to be copywrite and protected to the Vancouver FIR (CZVR) web site. With that in mind, We grant complete and free access to the pilots and controllers of Vatsim to use the information provided on this site, and link to CZVR's content for the well being and prosperity of the Vatsim community. We ask that any outside entitys please contact the administrators before reusing content on this site. Website General: This website does actively monitor traffic visiting its site. The server and network running this site monitors for and reports any hacking attempts to the authorities. Scheduled ATC: This feature is there to provide an idea of when ATC will be online. This information may not be accurate. Online ATC/Flightboard: This feature relies on many sources of information outside of the control of the CZVR FIR. Due to this the Vancouver FIR can not guarentee the accuracy of this information. Forums: Forums are freely provided and monitored. You are required to register a username, password and valid email address for the forums. This information is only used by the forums software to authenticate you and to allow you to post and receive notifications of reply messages. As a means to protect itself against hacking the forum software does log the IP address of the user when a message is posted. This information is protected and will only be used to track down stolen or hacked accounts. We do request that when you sign up for the forums that you use a unique password and username that you do not use anywhere else. This is always a recommended practice and will help protect your identity. Calendar: The calendar is freely provided and monitored. You may request any item be posted on the calendar by selecting "add event". That request will be processed by one of the website admins and posted to the calendar when it is approved. We typically request that only events of the community interest be posted, those type of events may include such items as the yvr fly-in, CZVR Meetings, runway closures or Community poker run nights.
